ntzakouNelly Tzakou-Lambropoulou was appointed General Manager of Retail Banking at National Bank of Greece in July 2013. She is responsible for Retail Banking, the Branch Network and e-Business & Alternative Channels of the Bank. She is a Member of the Executive Committee of NBG. 

Since December 2012, she held the position of General Manager, Group Head of Operations, Business Processes & IT at the Bank. She joined NBG in July 2007 as General Manager, Group Head of Operations & Global Transaction Services. 

She is Chairman of the BoD at National Securities S.A and at NBG Bancassurance Insurance Broker S.A. . She is also Vice-Chairman of the BoD at DIAS S.A. (Greek ACH) and member of the BoD of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ethniki Factors S.A. Moreover, she is a member of the Euro Banking Association (EBA – Paris) and a council member of EFMA Operational Excellence Advisory Council, as well as a member of “Junior Achievement Greece”.

 Before joining NBG Group, she worked at EFG Eurobank-Ergasias (1990-2007), where she held the position of General Manager, responsible for the Group Operations and the Global Transaction Services business unit. She was actively involved in bank acquisitions made by EFG Eurobank-Ergasias, both in Greece and abroad, as well as in the functional integration of the acquired banks.  Her banking career started in 1982 when she joined Societé Generale (Athens branch), working in the field of MIS/Budget/Profitability. She was a member of the Board of Directors of EFG Eurobank Securities, EFG Asset Management, EFG e-Solutions, DIAS Inter-banking Systems and the Greek Securities Central Depository.

chrisChris Gledhill is generally recognized to be the world’s top ranking authority on Fintech. He regularly delivers speeches and writes articles about digital banking, finance, and what lies ahead for financial institutions.

Chris was at the head of the Lloyds Banking Group innovation labs. He followed this by co-founding and working as CEO of the UK Challenger Bank Secco. Chris boasts a high-tech and corporate career history and speaks with expertise and eloquence on a vast range of so-called ‘disruptive technologies’. These include AI, API, Big Data, Biometrics, Blockchain, CryptoCurrencies, Deep Learning, Mobiles, Virtual Reality, and Wearables.

Chris is on a crusade to reinvent the finance industry and takes pleasure in questioning the centuries old banking principles. He aims to constitute a digital banking system appropriate for the 21st century.

He blogs regularly and his Twitter account is hugely popular among financial professionals wanting to get all the latest news on Fintech’s global expansion. Chris also wrote a book, Consumerization – the Enterprise Guide to BYOD and co-authored The Fintech Group in association with Kruger Cowne.

bertBert Boerman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Governance.io; the investment fund oversight platform.

Bert has 17 years of experience in banking, financial services and business development. In his last position as Senior Vice President, Financial Professionals he was responsible for the Institutional business lines of the bank. Recognising the urgent need for innovation in the financial sector, Bert co-founded 2Gears, the company that created Governance.io, with his twin brother Rob. He subsequently left the bank in April 2014. In June 2015 the company was awarded as the Fintech startup of the Year in Luxembourg. After a recent funding round the company is now preparing its international expansion.

antHe is highly focused on forward thinking user centered Digital Banking services which reshape the relationship and interaction of customers with their bank and finances, winning numerous awards for both Web and Mobile Banking solutions & services.

At TribalWorldwide Athens he is responsible for creative team building/leading, new business development and enhancement of all creative solutions, services and campaigns until their delivery and launch.  He has a huge expertise in advancements of all aspects of UX – UI – CX and service design across all digital channels/mediums and devices.

LubomirLubomir Olach has been working in the financial industry since 2000 when he started his career at Allianz Slovakia and joined the team that introduced credit insurance to Slovakia. After two years, his steps led him to the largest savings bank in the Slovak banking sector, Slovenská Sporiteľňa, where he was participating in several projects like establishing the bank´s leasing and insurance companies, Basel II requirements and the local Credit Bureau. After his MBA studies, Lubomir acquired a position of project manager and was involved in developing and coordinating conference industry projects in retail financial services. Since 2008 he was appointed as a regional manager at the leading retail financial industry association Efma responsible for the CEE region. Now as a director, he is also in charge of international development, member relations and further Efma expansion to countries outside of Europe.

MLeontiouEngineer by degree, Financial Services operations’ expert by profession, innovation enthusiast by nature, Maria Leontiou heads Eurobank’s Innovation Center, a core pillar of Group Digital Banking Division, aspiring to play a key role into the Organization’s journey towards systematic innovation. Maria Leontiou holds a B.Eng. degree from the National Technical University of Athens and has 20 years of experience in Financial Instruments. She joined Eurobank in 2002 and until 2015 she held several managerial positons in the OTC Derivatives & Collateral management operations field with a track record of process & systems optimization, in-house systems implementation & regulatory projects. Before that Maria was a stock broker in the Athens Stock Exchange Market and a certified Derivatives’ Market Maker. Being a strong believer in “ideas worth spreading” she is a member of TEDxAthens team since 2012, a membership that constantly refills her batteries with positive energy and pushes her to think beyond boundaries.

kkalogerakisKonstantinos has more than 18 years of banking and consulting experience, starting his career in a Xiosbank branch. He has been working for i-bank business development in National Bank of Greece since 2009 on a series of high-impact innovation projects, such as i-bank concept stores, i-bank Innovation & Technology competition and “deixtous”, a campaign to bridge the digital gap for elderly people. He is now leading the fintech acceleration program of NBG, named “Be Finnovative”, in collaboration with Crowdpolicy.

Before joining NBG, Konstantinos worked as a management consultant in A.T. Kearney successfully completing strategic projects in the Greek FI market and then as Head of Market Segments in Geniki Bank – Societe Generale Group.

georgeGeorge has a strong presence in the ICT & Project Management ecosystem, serving for more than 10 years in high and C-level positions both in the private and public sector. He is currently the co-founder and CTO/CIO of Crowdpolicy, which specializes in the design, development and implementation of CrowdSourcing and CrowdFunding initiatives and platforms, bridging the gap between organizations and the crowd. He has been involved in a wide range of organizations, institutions and startups in Greece and abroad. During 2009-2012, George has coordinated the implementation of Major Transparency (Clarity,diavgeia.gov.gr/en), e­-government and other projects for the Greek Government. He was member of the Scientific Committee for the Crowdsourcing Platform “labs.opengov” and the Organizational Committee for the Digital Greece 2020 EU Agenda and scientific advisor of GFOSS (Greek Free / Open Source Software Society). He was member of the board at the Internet Investors Association, an NGO promoting corporate governance and transparency activities for Greek listed companies. Also, he was Scientific Advisor of the “Information Society and the Knowledge ­based Economy” group at the National and Technical University of Athens. George holds a B.Sc. in Informatics and a M.Sc. in Information Systems from the Athens University of Economics and Business. His main interests include Open Data and Open Government, Project Management, ICT and CrowdX initiatives in a global context.

Training Events Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
Fees only cover attendance to the event, refreshments and coffee, lunch on some occasions, training material, membership and certificate of attendance. They do not cover accommodation, transportation or any other expenses. All invoices have to be fully paid within a week from the registration completion.  In the case of registration through a wire transfer, all banking charges remain to the ordering client. Fees can be denominated in US Dollar, Euro, and British Pound currencies unless otherwise stated.

Discounts
Members get a minimum of 5% discount on the training price on selected training events.  More than two (2) participants get a minimum of 5% discount on selected training events. Finally, early bird registrations get a minimum of 5% discount on selected training events.

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost. Please provide substitute delegate's details in writing. Also you have the option to use the payment as a credit for a future event. In the event that you have to cancel, Interfima accepts cancellation only in writing and not over the phone. Interfima observes the NO REFUND policy for cancellation. A set of documentation and course material will be sent to you. In the event that Interfima postpones the event, delegate payment on postponement date will be credited to a rescheduled date. In the event that Interfima cancels the event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be used as credit for Interfima's future events. The credit is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issuance. In the case the delegate does not want to use the payment as credit, then the delegate will be fully refunded excluding the transaction costs.

Other Notice
Interfima reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location or alter the content and timing of the program or the speakers without penalty. Interfima assumes no liability whatsoever if the event is changed, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances that would render the event impracticable and impossible. Unforeseen circumstances include but not limited to Act of God, disaster, civil disturbances, act of terrorism, curtailment on transport facilities, or any other emergency or perceived threat.
