A transforming insurance sector (from basis to more sophisticated) required from the various insurance agents and brokers to deal more professionally and under a more advanced code of conduct.
The problem observed, that the new code of conduct had to solve was the growing space created between the mentality (culture) of the insurance organizations per se contrary to the professionals belonging to their distribution channels.

It is a long lasting and ongoing processes that leads on setting the professional standards higher for the insurance professionals.
