The need was to understand, manage and monitor operational accounts across the development process mainly.
We developed a detailed dynamic solution that could be used to determine at the various stages the break down of cash inflows and cash outflows and assign them to related sources and cost centers.
What we managed to get is to be able to monitor the development of the accounts throughout the process(es), apply the generation of specific alerts on abnormal activity and produce significant analytics on the various accounts behaviors.
