Our expert was assigned by a mid-sized financial services company to perform a strategic transformation. 

The project initiated with an assessment of the current status of the company and ended with the handover to internal staff. Through the assignment, a 3-year strategic plan was developed in line with the Board’s strategic objectives and market study:

  • We engaged with the design and implementation of an operational plan, including capital, revenues and cost budgeting (including capital, human and technological resources) by divisions/business lines, products, distribution channels etc.
  • Furthermore, the expert assisted with the identification of needs and preparation of program of projects by organizational areas/stream of work and identification of leads
  • Another task was the definition and the implementation of the PMO and of the transformation plan monitoring cycle, prior to successfully launching the plan.
